Just follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Generate an OTP (One Time Password) for payment using credit card. (How to generate an OTP?)

2. Click on the "View and Pay Bill" option (at m.rinfra.com ).

3. Key in your 9-digit Reliance Energy Account No. and click
   "Submit"

4. Select the radio button "Pay using credit Card" and click "Pay Now"

5. Key in the following details and click ""Pay"" :

• Credit Card No.
• Expiry Date
• Card CVV No
• OTP generated by you
6. A receipt confirming the payment shall be sent to your registered e-mail id in 2-3 working days.
